Boot Camp Workout

I am now doing this extensive workout with an Instructor to push me along the way. I am doing this to better myself and the way I look and feel. Also, I am changing my diet and what I am eating, plus for my family too.
What I am doing is what's called the "300" which is 30 reps of 10 different exercises. Yeah, tuf stuff huh. Today was the first day....My workout group will be meeting every week twice a week. So I am going to be so tired. But it's well worth it. Right now I weigh 156.5 My goal is to be down to aleast 130. so wish me good luck. I will not be posting pics of me until I have reached my goal. sorry.
I will be posting my progress, though.
I just know that I am possible of so much and that I can do this. Even though it's going to really be tuff I CAN, and I will. If there is anyone that lives close to me that wants to do this let me know and I will tell my Instructor about you. Until next time.....
